DANYLIW RESEARCH SEMINAR ON CONTEMPORARY UKRAINE

Dominique Arel is Associate Professor of Political Science and Chair of Ukrainian Studies at the School of Political Studies, University of Ottawa. He has co-edited Census and Identity, Rebounding Identities and Le gouvernement des langues. His latest publication, “Double Talk”, appeared in Foreign Affairs. He serves on the Selection Committee of the Danyliw Seminar.
