Ioulia Shukan is Associate Professor of Post-Soviet Studies at University Paris-Ouest Nanterre La Défense (France) and a Fellow at the Institut des sciences sociales du politique (ISP/CNRS). She recently published “Intentional Disruptions and Violence in Ukraine’s Supreme Rada” in Post-Soviet Affairs and serves on the Selection Committee of the Danyliw Seminar.
