Losing and Finding Home Twice:
Ukrainian Women in War

The number of internally displaced people (IDPs) globally is at an all-time high. While research has focused on the causes, impacts, and vulnerabilities of IDPs, few have examined the phenomenon of secondary displacement. By exploring the experiences of twice internally displaced women from Ukraine, we can better understand migration, internal displacement, and the

importance of belonging.
