Rosaria Puglisi is head of the NATO Office in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and a research associate at the Istituto Affari Internazionali in Rome, Italy. She holds a PhD from the University of Glasgow and has an extensive field experience, having been engaged in both advisory and management roles with European Union structures.
