Ukraine’s Oligarchs and Their Legislative Networks of Influence

Before and After Russia’s Full-Scale Invasion

An investigation on the use by Ukrainian oligarchs of interpersonal connections to promote parliamentary appointments and

policies that support their self-interest. Through an analysis of social networks of oligarchs to members of parliament from 2014 to the present, the presentation explores oligarchic influence on legislation and the impact of the Russo-Ukrainian war on these networks.
